You can use the following steps to get your queries resolved:

  1. Create a calculated field as 0.
  2. Place it in the column shelf. Duplicate the calculate field in the Column shelf.
  3. Select 2 Calculation - Right click and select the dual axis.
  4. Now we see 2 marks in the mark card. Both are Circle in shape.
  5. Change first donut(calculation) to Pie and the second to circle.
  6. Modify the size of both Donuts to get the correct design.
  7. Keep any measure you want in the second mark - label.
  8. Finally change the alignment to middle and center and your visualization is ready.

Hi,

You can read this for creating a donut chart,

https://www.edureka.co/community/42382/tableau-donut-chart?show=42382#q42382

To get the label center in donut chart, Select the 2nd pie chart and go to label, Click on automatic next to alignment.

Now click on middle under vertical and change the font size as per requirement.

Hope this helps you.
