How do I prove that I did the assignment

I am attending Edureka's MSBI online training. How do I show that I have downloaded power BI, created an account, and added power Pivot in Excel? What do I need to upload?

• Have you taken any Edureka's Powerbi course? Particularly which one.
• When you have taken the course (starting date)
• Imp- Who is asking you to show what you have installed in your system to carry forward with your course?
