Hey @Pritam, It's really a good thing that you are thinking of incorporating automation in your company. This would ensure your company is a step ahead of the other competitors in the market. But one thing that you need to be sure is about whether such an investment would fetch you appropriate returns in the long run. ie ROI you were talking about.
But before implementing RPA you need to visualize the ROI for which you will need to analyze various factors that would include, the kind of work/service that your company provides, what aspects of it could be automated. ( Eg: incorporating a chatbot in your support services etc) .What amount of effort will go into it (including monetary aspect)? Will this effort exceed the profit margins etc. What impact would it have on the quality of service your company provides etc. These guidelines might help you in a broad sense.
Note: You will need to consider your company's turn over, the amount of investment you could spare for it and other such macro and micro factors.
