How to run normal Win32 applications in Docker for Windows

Question

I’m new to Docker for windows and I'm a little bit confused about the concept of Docker for Windows. Can I create a docker container for windows and install a normal windows application into that container?

I feel like the simplest thing is complicated in docker for windows. Can someone help me out?

If you have Windows Server 2016 ow windows 10 (pro,edu,ent) , you will be able to launch Windows containers.
