How to change the style of the title attribute inside an anchor tag

0 votes

Example:

<a href="example.com" title="My site"> Link </a>

How do I alter the appearance of the "title" attribute in the browser? It has a yellow background and a small font by default. I'd like to enlarge it and change the background color.

Is there a way to style the title attribute with CSS?
