Apache maven vs Eclipse maven plugin

0 votes
Hi,

I want to install maven but don't know how to go about it?   Upon searching online, I realize there are two kinds of maven installations available.  (Installing Apache maven or eclipse maven plugin).

What are the benefits of one over the other?  I don’t know if it matters or not, I will be using this project in CI/CD pipeline?

Thanks in advance
