Using different software tools for scheduling and project management

Question

Many of us are dealing with the advantages/disadvantages of different software tools in project management processes.  Can anyone share their experiences of using them and problems we encountered, solved, or remained unsolved?

Today there are different types of project management tools.
Classical tools like P6, Spider Project, PowerProject create and manage project models (scheduling, leveling, budgeting, etc.), others manage workflows, documents, communications.
They are so different that it does not make sense to compare them, they are made for different purposes and different types of projects.

I use Restyaboard for Project and Task Management. A brilliant free tool for managing projects, assign tasks and collaborate with teams, especially now when we are all WFH.
