How to count the frequency of the words in the file in Python

I have one file. I want to find the frequency of repeated words in that file. Can anyone tell me how can I do this with the help of Python?

You can use the Counter module to do this task. I have attached one example below for your reference.

from collections import Counter
with open(r'pathinput2.txt') as f:
               p = Counter(f.read().split())
               print(p)
