How can I upload an Object in OpenStack

Hi Guys,

I have my containers in OpenStack. I have some files that I want to upload inside that containers. How can I do that?

Hi@Hasid,

You can upload your files inside your container. Before starting check your network connectivity and follow the below given steps.

1. Log in to the dashboard.

2. Select the appropriate project from the drop down menu at the top left.

3. On the Project tab, open the Object Store tab and click Containers category.

4. Select the container in which you want to store your object.

5. Click the Upload File icon.

   The Upload File To Container: <name> dialog box appears. <name> is the name of the container to which you are uploading the object.

6. Enter a name for the object.

7. Browse to and select the file that you want to upload.

8. Click Upload File.

You will successfully uploaded an object to your container.
