attribute error in python

i kept getting attribute error in my code. here is my code below

class Employee:

    raise_amt = 1.04

    def __init__(self, first, last, pay):

        self.first = first

        self.last = last

        self.email = first +''+ last + '@company.com'

        self.pay = pay

        def fullname(self):

            return '{} {}'.format(self.first, self.last)

        def apply_raise(self):

            self.pay = int(self.pay * self.raise_amt)

class Developers(Employee):

    pass

dev_1 = Employee ('Nwankwo','Fortune',70000)

dev_2 = Employee ('Test','User', 50000)

#print(dev_1.email)

#print(dev_2.email)

dev_1.apply_raise()

print(dev_1.pay)
