S3 error An error occurred InvalidToken when calling the CreateBucket operation The provided token is malformed or otherwise invalid

Hello,

I am unable to create an S3 bucket in the me-south-1 region with an IAM user with a role that includes the AmazonS3FullAccess permission policy. I have enabled this region in the AWS account that created the IAM user, and am able to successfully create me-south-1 buckets with that user. However, I cannot create them using the IAM user.

I can create buckets in other regions using the profile. However, if I try to do the same thing using the me-south-1 region, I get an InvalidToken error. The bucket does appear to be created, but is not in the me-south-1 region.

An error occurred (InvalidToken) when calling the CreateBucket operation: The provided token is malformed or otherwise invalid.

Hey @Dipti

Make sure you've configured your aws cli. I had faced a similar issue. Turns out my awscli was not correctly configured.
