List all running resources like ec2, rds, security_group, keypairs, etc in one go across one region

Is there a way to see all the resources used by an account in one regions at once.

Like list all ec2, rds, security-group, keypairs, subnets etc across single region.

This would be very helpful to know delete un-used resources.

Hey, you can use the tag editor for this purpose. Follow these steps:

Go to your AWS console and click on the drop down Resource Groups.

Select tag editor

You'll see something like this:

In the regions section, you can add all the regions in which you need to check for the resources.

Resource type will include all the resources that you like to check for, like ec2, s3, load balancer, etc
