Create dataframe using Pandas - Linear Regression

I have an excel sheet that I'm using as my dataset input to my Linear Regression Fit Command using sklearn. How do I create the dataframe using panda? Also, how do I give the inputs?

You can read excel files

df = pd.read_excel(...)

You can read single column using column number

X = df[0] 
Y = df[1]
