Graphical User Interface in Amazon EC2 instance

I am new to AWS. I need an EC2 instance of Linux distribution with a GUI. Is there such AMI?

I am not exactly sure if an AMI of such requirement exists. But you can usually install a VNC server on any Linux installation, including existing AMIs. And then connect using a VNC client to get the remote desktop.
