conditional formatting - color to show few rows from acndition

How to use color to only show a few sales for a region using a condition and only to one column and not an entire table.

Hi Priya,

Create a matrix with region and sales.

Now Go to Format pane and go to conditional formatting option.

Select the Background color and click on advanced controls. 

Now Click on Format and select rules.

Enter the rules using comparison operators and change color to show only certain regions.
