There are two types of requirements to install Jenkins on Windows:

Hardware Requirements:

  • Need a minimum of 256MB of RAM on your system
  • At least 1 GB of space in your hard drive for Jenkins to run.
Software Requirements:
  • You'll need wither JDK or JRE to be installed and configured on your system as Jenkins runs on Java
