I tried executing an ansible playbook and faced the following error:

fatal: [10.13.25.12]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "failed": true, "msg": "boto required for this module"}

playbook:

- name: Install Pip
  apt: name=python-pip state=present

- name: Install boto
  pip: name=boto

Hey @Chris, most of the tasks in the playbook run on the host machine. Make sure you have python and boto installed on server and host machine. If you run through the playbook, it'll mostly just get installed on the host machine.

Hope it helps :)
