I'm going to try the mysql_db module for the first time. What are the requirements for the host system that executes this command?

These are the requirements for the host file executing the mysql-db module:

  • MySQLdb (Python 2.x)
  • PyMySQL (Python 2.7 and Python 3.X), or
  • mysql (command line binary)
  • mysqldump (command line binary)
