I am executing the below command in spark shell, it says invalid syntax pointing at applestore.csv

awk-F,"NF<=17"AppleStore.csv>input.csv

What am I doing wrong?

There's a problem with your syntax. There should be a space between awk and -F . The right command is:

awk -F,"NF<=17"AppleStore.csv>input.csv
