Follow these steps to create a system manager on aws that manages and configures your ec2 instances:

  • Create an instance profile role after verifying permissions
  • Verify permissions and create an instance profile role
  • Install SSM Agent
To configure access to AWS system manager:
  • Configure user access for a systems manager
  • Create an instance profile for a systems manager
  • Create an ec2 instance that uses the system manger's instance profile
