Can anyone help me manage such situations and ensure the project stays on track while addressing potential gaps in communication and alignment?

Project management with less visibility into stakeholder priorities calls for proactive communication and adaptability. I engage the stakeholders directly to seek as much clarity as possible, and if the priorities remain unclear, I would focus on the deliverables aligning with the core objectives of the project, and through iterative updates, I keep them in the loop about the progress made. Periodic check-ins and transparent reports help reveal hidden priorities and ensures that we stay aligned with each other as the project progresses.
