Data Science is a platform for analyzing and visualizing Data which needs some skills . It required different skills together to complete the work effectively . It is very necessary to have proper knowledge and skills so that the Data could be analysed in a proper manner . You can gain all the skills and knowledge required for Data Science either by pursuing some online courses or by joining a Python Data Science course. Some of the skills might be new for the fresher but maximum of the skills needed for Data Science are pre-studied , the only thing which we should learn is how to implement it on Data Science.

Here are some of the skills needed for Data Science :

  • Proper Concept of Statistics .
  • Probability
  • Mathematics knowledge like Linear algebra, Calculus.
  • Should have good skills on programming language like java , Python , SQL ETC.
  • Data Visualization and identification techniques.
  • Data Analytic Skills.

But let me clear you one thing that you don't really required any degree for learning or becoming a Data Scientist . If you have the skills then you can make the best of it as there are no such specific degree required for Data Scientist.
