The paginated reports of Power BI are turned on to give a good overview of how paginated reports work in Power BI. Paginated reports are ideal for pixel-perfect prints. They can readily be exported to printable format. They are mostly used for invoices, statements, and similar documents.
To set up paginated reports in Power BI:
With Power BI Report Builder, you get an independent application that lets you design and create several-page reports. You set up your report layout and datasets and build data sources for the report itself.
Think about Layout: You can ensure well-defined formatting on pages, including margins, pagination, document placement on printable forms, and so on.
Deployment: These reports can be published onto the Power BI Service for user access. They require Power BI Premium for use.
