Android Webiew does not load indexed Sdcard file sdcard

When attempting to use mobile browsers to access (file:/sdcard/) (ex. Firefox, Opera ..etc). It displays an SDCard index page for me (see the screenshot).

However, when I access the same URL using a webview and give it storage permission and does not show the Index page.

Any help?
