Change the size of one cell in excel 2016

Question

In Excel 2016, I want to modify the width and height of a cell or cells.

In other words, I don't want to change the size of this cell to influence the entire row and column. I know how to modify the size of a total row or column, but I only need it for some cells, not the entire row or column.

Like the previous tiny image which I am trying to manipulate the cells so they look like.

I'm sorry, but it's not feasible. A cell's matrix (row height and column width) must suit the cell. Although technically not the same as modifying a cell's dimensions, you could merge cells.

Note that I wouldn't advise merging cells because doing so can cause major issues when choosing rows or columns in the future.
