Mono C tutorial

Question

Is there a nice mono tutorial for learning C#? Google hasn't been too helpful so far because most of the tutorials are for Visual Studio.

As a Java programmer, I am used to Object-Oriented concepts.

My aim is to be able to create a small portable software using a SQLite backend.

For learning the language, any C# tutorial will suffice. The Mono Handbook is a good place to start if you want to learn how to use the Mono runtime.
