Unable to detect adb version adb output in Android Studio 3 3 2

Question

I have Download and updated the platform-tools along with Changing the Sdk path and re-downloaded it. After Uninstalling Android Sdk platform-tools and Android Sdk tools after re-install. Following which I updated the adb path in Environment along with changing the virtual memory size. But still, it fails to work even though I'm using android studio version 3.3.2. 

The ERROR shows like Unable to detect adb version means connection devices showing none when I run the app as mentioned in the screenshot below:-

To avoid this ERROR, start with changing the adb.exe in the location sdk\platform-tools   -adb.exe and replace it. SDK folder is in users\account name\appdata\local\android\SDK\platform-tools

In my case: D:\ANDROID SETUP\sdk\platform-tools due to the reason for low c drive storage. Follow this and it should work.
