While trying to upload a plugin for my Wordpress template in wamp 2.0, I got the following error:

After looking at your ERROR, it seems that you have mentioned WAMP for which you should be able to edit a php.ini file. By left clicking on the icon of WAMP in the status bar, go ahead by selecting the PHP menu followed by clicking on the php.ini file in the menu. In the notepad, search using CTRL+F for the upload_max_filesize with which the value will be changed . Save the file and then close it after which restart the WAMP. This should then be correct to upload the plugin.
