I want to know the situation when the functional dependency will be known as the fully functional dependency.

The criteria of fully functional dependency, is that the relation must meet the requirement of functional dependency.

So, a functional dependency ‘X’ and ‘Y’ is said to be fully functional dependent when the removal of any attribute say ‘A’ from ‘X’ means the dependency does not hold anymore.
