I recently graduated and work as a web developer. I came across the PMP certification in a meeting. Who should do this certification?

PMP certification is definitely not for the freshers.

Unless you have either a four-year Under Graduate degree with 3 years of work experience of leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management training. Or a high school diploma along with an associate’s degree with 5 years of work experience of leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management training.
