Which Project Management Methodologies are you using in your business field?

Please let me say that you do not have to confuse methods/methodology with life cycles, just in case. PRINCE2 is a method (methodology is an incorrect word commonly used). So, with the basement on the PMBOK Guide, you can create your own method linking knowledge areas, processes, tools, techniques using a life cycle model (predictive or adaptive), and a life cycle process (waterfall, V, Spiral, Iterative, Incremental, etc).
