I want to re-create a line chart. There should be individual lines for website traffic for 2017,2018,2019 and 2019 target .

From the data mentioned above, you can create measures for 2017, 2018, 2019 target with the help of the following formula:

2019 actual traffic = calculate (sum (Actual Traffic By Channel),

 filter (all('table'),year (date) = 2019 ))
