  1. Navigate to your project by logging into your Azure DevOps organisation.
  2. Go to the Pipelines page of your project and select New pipeline.
  3. Choose GitHub as the repository for your source code.
  4. Choose GitHub.
  5. Select Authorize and then Authorize with OAuth under Repository.
  6. To sign in, you may be redirected to GitHub. Enter your GitHub credentials if this happens. Select the sample app repository after being sent back to Azure Pipelines.
  7. Azure Pipelines examines the code in your repository for the Template. This step is omitted if your repository already has an azure-pipelines.yml file (as in this case). Otherwise, Azure Pipelines suggests using a beginning template based on your repository's code.
  8. The YAML file that Azure Pipelines will utilise to generate your pipeline is displayed.
  9. Select Save and run, and then Commit directly to the main branch from the drop-down menu.
  10. A new build is automatically initiated after the YAML file is pushed to your GitHub repository. Wait for the construction to be completed.
