Support vector Regresson

Question

I have an input parameter and 15 output parameters, want to make a correlation in between input and output through support vector regression. Support vector regression is giving me a predicated function to predict new values but i am not able to find a correlation in  between input and ouput. Could you suggest me a way  how to develop a tool between inputs and output.  Please give me details about Scaling , select features, select kernel and model parameters, cross validation and test the parameter agains validation data set for this particular programm. I will be highy grateful to you.
