Want to delete consumed topic programatically

directly delete kafka log folder and zeekeeper log is not a good way if you want how many topic consume,how many are not and you want to clear only consumed topic ...folder deletion is not a good approach I want a approach in which consumed topic only get deleted.

I am implementing kafka in c# .net but after consume unable to delete topic.
