AWS EC2 Cloud Can you remove Bitnami info page banner for AWS Cloud EC2

Question

Bitnami says to remove the info page banner one needs log into EC2 instance via SSH. What if someone fails to create a key pair. What if the user is unable to connect to the instance by SSH. Can this be dealt with? I do not just want to hide the banner with a CSS hack

Now the problem is to remove the banner one needs to log into server console using SSH & execute some commands otherwise anyone can eliminate it without having permissions,

You can't apply a keypair to a running instance. You can only use the new keypair to launch a new instance.
