I have uploaded a video to my Azure Storage and noticed that Seekbar is not working. Here is the URL of that video:
http://portalvhdsrwglplr5bdc2k.blob.core.windows.net/vdepot/uploads/video/file/167/surfer-girl-35094486.mp4
I'm a new to video encoding and not sure if the problem is with the video, or with the browser, or with Azure anyhow?
