How to get noticed as a good employee when starting a job

0 votes
Hello. I am a fresher and have recently started working as a Web Developer. I am working in a good company that gives employees good benefits and encourages their interests. I am introvert and I don't do a lot of talking. Well, I don't even do a little bit of talking apart from work-related discussions. How can I get noticed for my skills and performance?

"Actions speak louder than words". You don't need to speak too much to get noticed (unless you want to be noticed as a person who talks too muchcheeky). In any company, you get noticed by your actions, by your work. The main things you have to concentrate on to get noticed is Performance, Team Work and a good attitude. Your managers will always keep an eye on you to observe what you are doing. The best way to get noticed for your work is by your work.

It is not difficult for a good employee to get noticed. It's ok to be an introvert and if your performance is good then being an introvert won't matter. Just get your tasks done within the deadline given, work efficiently and professionally. Be nice to people. That's all, you'll be noticed as a good employee.

Its okay to be good at your work and less talkative because if you do well its obvious that you will automatically come into limelight. But being a bit friendly wont harm you, it will increase you communicating skills within the group.

Do your work on time and show that your are dedicated towards your work, no one will come to ask you why don't you speak , your dedication towards work will speak more then your language.
