Smooth scrolling when clicking an anchor link

0 votes
My page has a few hyperlinks. When people access my assistance area, they will view a FAQ.

I may direct them thereby making the page scroll toward the anchor using anchor links.

Is there a method to smooth down that scrolling?

However, you'll see that he's utilizing a unique JavaScript library. Perhaps jQuery has something similar built in?
