Unable to create requested service org hibernate engine jdbc env spi JdbcEnvironment

I want to configure hibernate ORM mapping tool to java class using  PostgreSQL. When I run the application I am facing an error: Unable to create requested service [org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.env.spi.JdbcEnvironment].
