Convert time from EST to UTC in Excel

0 votes
I have an EST timezone (ex: 02-DEC-19 09.30.24.301000000 PM) and I want to convert it to UTC using Excel functions.

I have tried (C2+time(5,0,0)) and nothing happens

Here is another formula to add 5 hours to that "date" value...

=TEXT(A1,"0000-00-00 00\:00")+5/24

You would then format this cell with the date/time format of your choosing.

Hope this helps!
