Track the exact location of IP address

0 votes
I looked into IP addresses and a variety of other topics. When I try to find an IP address, however, it returns the location of the Internet Service Provider. I'd want to track that location's exact geolocation, or longitude and latitude. So, could someone please tell me how to discover the geolocation of a dynamic IP address?
