Share experience who have worked working in Accenture

I've got an offer from Accenture and my joining date is next month. I currently work at a startup. My work here is nice and chill, I get to learn a lot but Accenture is an mnc. I'd like to know Accenture employee's working experience to get a clear idea.

I have been working at Accenture for a year now. People are friendly and fun. There a lot of team building activities which are entertaining. There are games like table tennis, carrom, pool, chess on the campus. They conduct a lot of activities like rangoli competition, tshirt painting etc. We celebrate almost all the festivals even if we do not get leaves.

On the other side, there are strict deadlines that need to be met. We work and then have fun which I think the case with any company. 

I honestly feel you should take up this job as there is huge growth and a lot to learn.
