What I don't understand is: What is the difference between these 3?

Azure DevOps was previously known as VSO and VSTS. Microsoft announced in November 2015 that its Visual Studio Online (VSO) service would be renamed Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), which better describes its position as a DevOps delivery platform.
