How to solve the issue with crashloopbackoff in my kubernetes Pod

I have created a pod with bash image and given environmental variables , after running pod , pod is created but status of pod is crashloopbackoff.

How slove the issue with crashloopbackoff?

If your image is completed and not running then it will show this error. Also, check the description of this pod an aslo the logs.
