How to calculate student pass percentage in excel

In Excel I have a list of students that do an exam, some of them passed the exam and others are failed. I want to calculate the pass rate(score) in percentage. For example 40% of students are passed.

Percentage formula in Excel
In cell D2, type the formula =C2/B2 and copy it down to as many rows as you need.
To display the decimal fractions as percentages, click the Percent Style button (Home tab > Number group).
