Did multiple github pages in account affect main repo SEO account github io

Question

I have multiple repositories with GitHub pages that I use to serve my portfolios.

When we use a custom domain on the account.github.io repo
every repo will change into https://example.com/repository. look-alike subdirectory, right?

 SO do  the Meta Markup SEO in other repo such as in the "blog" repo will affect the main repository?

Not specific to github pages but subdomains are ranked slightly lower than tlds
