We are trying to use Gravitational Teleport to maintain our architecture. We want to create a containerized Kubernetes cluster and use Gravitaional Teleport for SSH'ing into instances. So I want to know if teleport will work with containers and kubernetes environment?

You can use teleport to augment kubernetes cluster. Kubernetes can give you access to pods/container but it won't handle OS level access.

You can read the following teleport docs about the extra telekube features for kubernetes. http://gravitational.com/teleport/docs/2.0/enterprise/
