I am not able to see the chat box on webinar-session i can see only ask question pane

Today (8/aug/2020) I have joined one webinar, it's a free workshop conducted through goto webinar.
in the webinar, the presenter asked many questions, and many partitions also discussed, but am not able to see those answers and questions.  so how can we interact with the presenter during the online webinar session?.

Maybe there was a problem with opening your questions pane. Make sure you open it in a proper way.
