Access SQL server being a domain user - AWS

I am domain user and I would like to access the SQL server on the ec2 instance. Will I be able to access it being a domain user?

Hey @Hannah, the condition in this situation is that only the build in local administrator account can access an SQL server. You can use SQL Server Management Studio and add domain users so even they get the authorizations.
